By accessing our website, booking a room, or utilizing any of our resort amenities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and hotel policies.
Standard check-in time is from 14:00 hrs (2:00 PM) onwards, and standard check-out time is by 12:00 hrs (12:00 PM noon). Early check-in from 09:00 hrs or late check-out up to 18:00 hrs is subject to room availability upon request and may incur an additional fee. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport upon check-in, along with a refundable security deposit of 1,000 THB per room (in cash or credit card pre-authorization) for incidental charges, fully refunded upon check-out after room inspection.
For standard flexible rate reservations, free cancellation is permitted up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date (14:00 hrs local time). Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or failure to check in (no-show), will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night room rate plus applicable taxes. Special promotional, flash-sale, or non-refundable rate bookings cannot be refunded, modified, or transferred once confirmed.
Divalux Resort & Spa accepts a wide variety of convenient payment methods: Cash (Thai Baht THB), major international credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and JCB, as well as Thai QR PromptPay and Direct Thai Bank Transfer. Online payments on our website are secured via industry-standard SSL encryption. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government value-added tax (VAT) unless explicitly specified otherwise.
Divalux Resort & Spa welcomes families with children of all ages. One child aged 11 and under stays free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents or guardians (breakfast charges may apply). Baby cots and cribs for infants aged 0-2 years are complimentary upon advance request, subject to availability. An extra rollaway bed for children aged 12 and above or adults is available at 1,200 THB net per room per night, including daily international breakfast.
To ensure the comfort, safety, hygiene, and tranquility of all our guests, pets and domestic animals are strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, suites, restaurants, pool areas, and public resort spaces. Certified service guide animals for guests with disabilities are permitted with prior notification and verification of official certification documents during booking.
All 372 guest rooms, suites, corridors, and enclosed public spaces at Divalux Resort & Spa are 100% strictly non-smoking. Designated outdoor smoking zones are provided throughout the resort grounds. A specialist deep-cleaning fee of 5,000 THB will be charged to any guest found smoking inside a guest room or suite. Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff and fellow patrons.
Divalux Resort & Spa provides complimentary scheduled 24/7 round-trip shuttle van service between Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) and the hotel (approximately 20–25 minutes transit, 14 km). To guarantee your airport pickup, guests must provide full arrival flight details and passenger counts at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival.
